I feel like I've heard of some being up there. That also begs the question of whether these should be able to be imported to the US, because the main reason they're illegal here is to prevent overfishing in the wild for the aquarium trade. I also feel like these should be able to be imported since they're only a few hundred miles away and being distributed around up there. Maybe at least with a permit.
