Are there any plants that are safe with Uarus?

Hi all, I have a pair of Uaru, and I really want some plants in the tank. In the past I have tried Anubias but the Uaru destroyed it completely. Can anyone recommend plants that will be safe?

If they destroyed anubias, they will destroy pretty much any plant. You can try stem plants that are fast growing, but you will likely end up with little chunks floating around your tank.

you might have to go with fake, my cichlids destroy every plant besides java ferns

Plastic maybe, my trio at the time even destroyed the "silk" types.
Right now my Uaru is guarding the zucchini from the plecos. They love there veggies
