Are there any rays that are legal to keep in Cali?

Sounds like a saltwater ray which are legal in Cali. No freshwater are allowed.

i dont see why he cant post a pic i think your overeating a tad bit. he is only asking because he saw it at a lfs and was genuinely curious ,i would be to if i saw one at my lfs. it would be worse if he said he had bought it before asking on mfk
