Are these bubbles something I should worry about

I just got this tank a couple days ago it’s been with water for about 24 hours now , still no problems but I just noticed these little bubbles (not the ones in the sand ...) are they something I should worry about ? The tank is made of acrylic and is 25.5x10x19 , I can’t tell if the bubbles are in the acrylic or just a reflection , please help

They look like they're inside,air bubbles under the sand?

Usuaully that's a bad sign of dead spots in the sand where anaerobic bacteria are growing and producing toxic sulfides.

But if it's only been a day then just stir the sand up, the probably is that it's obviously so compact and deep you might need to keep that up.
