Are these catfish pellets any good?

hey all, im currently using jmc pellets but they are small and im sure he will stop taking them as he grows, not sure how good they are either? he is on mussel as a staple atm, has some shelled prawn, and sardine as a treat.. im not willing to spend out on hikari massivore for my wyckii so does anyone else here in the uk use any other large catfish pellets? i had a flick through ebay and came across these.

obviously my main requirement is the catfish's diet and i dont want a messy food?
 
Don't know about those pellets, but most cheap fish foods are messy. Often cheap foods will tint the water. Also many fish eating cheap foods will produce more waste because a lot of the fillers used are not digestible.
 
probably right mate... maybe whole fish staple is a better idea then...
 
Cheep pellets do make lots of mess and are full of fillers such as brewers yeast , get yourself to the nearest Chinese cash and carry Justin you can get a lot for your money in those places compared to the cost of a bag of massivore.
I usually get a bag of king prawns shell on , a bag shell off (raw) , a bag of muscles and a bag of white bait all for under £40 ;)
 
yeah i can get seafood dan but was suggested a good pellet will be better as a staple, surely there must be a good quality bulk item on ebay amongst all the trash?
 
I order pellets from vitamin grocer .com takes quite a while in post free orders over £20 but pretty cheep compared to our lfs's in UK , see what they got on there
 
cheers people, evs all i could see was vitamins lol? thanks tbtb, had a read through seems you need a solid ingredients list...

also they look very good xraycer, have to send em a message i think...

any got an opinion of the ones im using?
