I have a little 5 gallon aquarium with 2 panda loaches and 3 sparkling gouramis and i was wandering if these are eggs.

I can't see anything resembling eggs in the picture, though I'm also not really sure where I should be looking. If there are eggs in the photo, you can rule out the gouramis, for sure. Gouramis are aphrophils, which means that they use mucus to build bubble nests at the water's surface, which is where they place their eggs. It also seems unlikely that your loaches have spawned, though it could be possible. There doesn't seem to be any reliable documentation of panda loaches breeding in captivity, and with just two individuals, the chances are slim.

Do you mean the little bumps on the leaves?
I edited your photo a bit to make them clearer, without much luck.
Maybe it will help others, that have seen Panda loach eggs.
I have seen accounts of Panda loaches being bred in aquariums, and have seen fry, but no photos of eggs.
Are the plants new, if not loach eggs, could be anything from snail eggs to????fullsizeoutput_381.jpeg

I owned cory loach before and I have them in heavy planted tank, they did lay egg but not on the leaves, they're lay eggs on rock/driftwood that lay on bottom (brownish color), I'm not sure about gourami though, I think recently member here got gold gourami spawn in her tank so she can scheme in with more information (if she see this thread).
