Are these fish compatible?

Yes, and no.
The blue gourami is pretty aggressive for a gourami. It will probably own the tank. And considering rams are quite fragile, i wouldnt go for it. Scared to death lil rams are no fun.

And balloon molly...not much of a threat, but why would you want a fish thats so deformed by humans that it can hardly swim?

See the diffrence?

Its been bred to the extreme. Just like the variaties of gold fish. Shubukin, telescope and not to mention the blood red parrot cichlids.

It is, of course, your choice if you want to buy the fish. But why support that type of breeding, when theres so many beautiful fish to pick from.

the blue gourami and the rams will be fine. its the balloon molly i would be worried about. they cannot swim at a great pace so if the the rams or gourami get mean it will have no way to escape. feeding could also be rough on the balloon mollies as both rams and blue gourami are very enthusiastic feeders.
normal mollies will be fine but i would not use teh balloon type. of course there is the ethical concerns with such fish too but thats your choice to, or not to, support such deformities.

I had a blue gourami for a while and I found it to be such a peaceful fish lil' guy... Never seemed to bother anyone and just went along his way.

But perhaps it was just his personality...

thats what ive found with them too. quite peaceful but everywhere i read says blue gourami are aggressive for a gourami.

I always try to avoid fish like that i heard that they are doing something to tiger Oscars also to make different designs and colors on them i never knew the balloon molly was one of those fish that aren't really natural I already had him bought. when i asked i was accumulating them I'm honestly never going to buy another one. but she's able to get to the food though when I feed she's at the surface of the water eating them while the rest wait until it sinks

oscars are really only bred for different color morphs and those longfin ones (massively ugly imo) the real problem with oscars is they like to die them that blue color >.<
