Can this stock be achieved in a 150g? What makes it go over the edge? the jag? too big? Would this work better?

either the midas, FH or jag will tear up the tank. those 3 fish are better suited being kept solo, or as pairs in my opinion. More than likely the Jag would destroy all else. I have a small 6" FH that wont let any other fish that isnt a bottom dweller, or this one particular convict with her live.

the other fish, would be fine together. while they are aggressive, they generally are reasonably passive and rather eat and swim than fight.

whats wrong with a hypothetical tank? Its a better idea to plan a tank before you buy the fish and tank and then realize the fish you want either won't work for the tank or that you want different fish/bigger tank.
