Are these gar fry?

Are these gar fry or something else? theres only gars in the tank. How do i rear them? what foods and so on?

yeah i think so cause i read somthing about them sticking on stuff but thats all i know

Gar fry don't feed while they're attached to plants, etc. Once they become free-swimming, they can be fed on brine shrimp naupli. After a month, they should be large enough for wingless fruitflies, anabantoid fry, crushed mysis shrimp, crushed floating aro sticks, etc. Good luck and keep the pics coming. What sort of gars are those? They look pretty small, is that their maximum size? I've wanted some teeny tiny gars that I could feed my fry culls to .

look like hujita gars to me only grow to 9" but could be wrong

Yeah they're Hujita's and yeah they're only about 2 or 3", no idea how i got them to breed atall!
