I had just picked up about 5 young chocolates and put them in a small five gallon tank. They did well for a few days and then I think I may have over fed them as two died and the others became sluggish. I then decide to put them in my main tank, a 75 gallon tamk with 3 large convicts, a severum, and a Jack Dempsey. I have a lot of rocks for hiding and I think the fish ar hiding most of the time, but they are a live. My concern is will these fish actually be able to find food or will the bigger fish prevent that?

eventually they will come out and get some food. they wont starve to death. the only issue is if the other large fish are picking on them. just wait it out.
