Are these Gymnogeophagus Australis?

I got these two Gymno's about a month ago...I'm still unsure of which strain...I bought them as Gymnogeophagus Australis...anyone got any guesses?!?

the male:

The female:

The male has black edging around his anal and pectoral fins...he also has a black patch of "skin" underneath his gills that he will display with when he is all fired up...its really cool to watch...the black just pops when he does it...I wish I had a picture of him doing it...its pretty dang cool...

I can tell cause they don't look they same and that yours has a line on it eye and Gymnogeophagus Australis don't.

Well, I'll be honest...this kinda stinks...I have them in a 55 right now...clearly that won't work....they'll have to be moved at some point...I have a 100 plus gallon tank laying around....doh!
