Are these hybrids?

My hystrix gave birth to these three ray. I had a male marble motoro briefly in the same tank a while ago, so it's definitely possible that they are hybrids. What do you guys think? I heard that female rays can have offsping from multiple different fathers in the same litter, so is it possible that some are hybrids and some aren't?

Congrats on the new pups. Three total?
Good question about who the father is. The third pic looks a little suspicious while the other two look hystrix. But, I found hystrix pups to be very variable in looks. Can you post some pics of the hystrix parents, and the motoro?

Yeah, she only had three this time. Here's what the parents look like as well as the marble motoro.

Nice hystrix! I do miss mine.
Did the motoro ever show interest in the female hystrix?

I never saw breeding behavior coming from the marble, although he could've mated with her during the night when I wasn't watching.

For conparison, here are pictures of pups from previous pregnancies this pair had. These are definitely 100% hystrix.

Great looking pups! Lots of variation between the pups. I would say your latest litter is all hystrix.

I know you sold this pair awhile ago but thought I would weigh in. Rays are capable of being pregnant in a variety of ways and having 2 fathers to a set of pups. This may also be possibility but they look closer to hystrix to me.

Nice pups though!

This pic had me scratching my head a lil, a lot more perimiter spotting than I'm used to seeing in a hystrix pup. The rest look very similar with what you'd expect for hystrix. I'm speaking of a place of research as opposed to first hand experience, I've kept rays but not this species. Spotfin is the one to listen to but I figure'd I'd chime in.
