hey everyone

I've always wanted these guys but never had the tank spaces. Well I purchased 2 guys fromy local fish store and they labeled them Kelberi and being new to peacock bass wanted to know what you guys thought?

They are around 2.5-3" have some red on their lower half of their tail. Currently in a quarantine tank need to grow them a bit before I put them into my 72"x20"x20" tank which has 3-5" oscars. Anyway Cnt wait to see these guys grow let me know what u think

Too small for me to tell. But my gess would be Kells , Mono, or Ocells. In that order. Nice looking little guy's.

Ok thanks at what size would I be able to tell? Also are there any key difference that as they grow I would be able to tell?

What do they look like? A cross between 2 different types? They are starting to have a light blue hue on their tail that they didn't have until last few days

They look like the typical common farmie. All cichla have blue in their tail and fins, that doesn't make them a kelberi.
