Are these Leopard Frog Plecos?

I been really getting into plecos the last few months. I seen these today and I wanted to know if these are Leopard Frog Plecos.

Thanks, An older gentleman that been breeding plecos for years is getting out of the hobby because of his age. He has this breeding group available and Im going to get them but I just want to make sure they are truly Leopard Frog Plecos.

They look a bit off. Their features look like L134's but the stripes are too blurred. Almost all L134s I've seen have sharp lines on their stripes. I want to say a lighter colored L129.

I hope not, because if they are, they are in really poor shape. Been keeping/breeding L134 for over 10 years and, as been said, have never had or seen a Peckoltia compta with fuzzy lines. First pic looks more Peckoltia vittata or maybe even L052.

With that said, there are plenty of odd Peckoltia that look similar to your pictures. Maybe better pictures would help

Thank you guys for your help. I did find out that there not leopard from plecos. At this point all I know is that they are a hypancistrus Species. I’m going to take better pictures of them.
