Definitely, black dorsals

Spangles are on males and rarely female like yours...but Black dorsals are 100%

actually that's not true, male festae can get a black dorsal too from what i've seen, but it looks a little different ime
 
One for sure is female, the other no-offense looks a like an ugly duckling, it may turn out nice. I don't know of anyone right now selling large festaes, but good luck

when you have more than one female festae in a tank, there will usually always be a dominant one that colors up. the others will stay bland to show their inferiority. if you put the ugly duckling in it's own tank, it would look much better imo

but I agree w the dominance thing, it's like that w many cichlids. I currently have 2 male salvini raised the same way, from the same parents, in the same tank... one is bright yellow w nice markings (the one chasing the rest) and the other is as dull as you can get (the one hiding).
