are they gold?

ok here is the deal i have a jag pair and out of there first spawn i have 4 left just to see what they look like. they are now 5 months old but i think i have struck gold. gold variant that is. three of them have no spots and no stripes while one is very colorful. so do i have golds or are they just not colored up yet? here are some pics

I'm no expert in the slightest but I have 2 that are under 2 inches that have 10 times more color. I bet you have golds!

I've seen jags smaller than urs and those already show regular jag coloration. If you do end up with gold jags that would be awesome

like say one of the four left is very dark and colorful it is male as far as i can tell. i have raised jags before and with these guys mom when she was was put into the big tank she went light for about a week but then came out of it but i have never seen color on these guys really

here is my jags at just under 2" they have much more colour than yours ,maybe they will turn out all gold

well there goes my theory that it is the sand lol you have white sand too
