Are they stunted?

A friend of mine went to jail for about 4 or 5 months and his pbass were hardly fed and water changes were rare. They are still alive but havent grown much. Do you think they will be severely stunted?

The bass are sizes ranging from 6 inches to 10 inches.

You should take care of his fish for him! There was a for sale thread on here a week or two ago with some nasty looking cichla. They were obviously neglected and on the brink of death.
