Are Wolf Fish Legal in VA (Rainbow/hi-fin)

So I wanted to get a predator that suited my needs, so I wanted to keep a Wolf Fish, but the problem is, I've seen other forum posts saying Wolf Fish are illegal in some states, what about VA?

Try aquascape or eBay. They will have them for sure usually. Some vendors are on there and will sell them.
