a few fish i picked up from shadowstryder. let's hear about your experiences with these species, post pics too.

Nice pickups! 3 great fish. I have an Argentea in my 125. He is the dominant fish in the tank (check stocklist in sig). The only fish bigger is the pike. I hope the mix continues to work as the other fish get bigger.

nice argentae, how big is it? as far as where he got this one, he had two and kept the smaller one. if memory serves this is a conkel fish, not sure where he got it though. would be kinda cool if it did come from you. i am really enjoying it wherever it cam from.

Thanks. He is around 10 inches. I have had him for a tad over a year.

Yes. The Jag is around 6 inches and pretty passive. The Festae is a 5" female who only shows little aggression towards my snook.
 
Hey Salty, Yeah that is the one I got from Modest Man. They are looking good.
 
Ha. Neato. How big is it? I have an argentea from the same stock (Conkel) that's now about 7". Mine was about an inch bigger than that one when I sent it out (3 vs 2").
