After my crappy morning see other post, i would like to focas on somthing a bit nicer and gather soom info. My argentea has only grown half an inch if that in near 8 weeks to about 2.5 inches were as my red head has grown from 2.5 inches to near 4. They are both in the same tank. Should i be worried about internal parasites or do they just grow slower, having a guess but i think both are female

My argentae actually grew to about 6-7 inches in less than 8 eight months, but slowed down dramatically afterwards. Theyre currently at about 8.5" and are atleast 1 year and a half old by now. They also dont eat as aggressively as when i was growing them out.
I have a syns right now too at about 4.5, i got em back december at roughly 3.5 so i guess its an average growth rate with him. Just keep the water clean and dont over feed them, also check for white poop or stringy stuff.
