I know this is an argentea.....but my question is male or female?? I dont know how to tell so I was wondering if anybody could tell me. Thanks!!!

Argenteas are hard to visually sex until fully mature. Even with vent shots it is not easy to tell.

50/50 that it's male, see the beginnings of a small nauchal hump on the forehead. But as was already stated it's impossible to 100% them, even at adult size it can be troublesome as not all males will develope humps, and some females will!

If fins are an indicator is Argentea, I would say there is a ggod chance it is male because it looks like my male.
