Armatus and Jaguar Cichlid ?

I have two 5 inch Armatus with a 3-4 inch Jaguar Cichlid in a 50 gallon grow out. Any one on here ever keep them together? Armatus are chill they just eat alot, cichlid kills everything that is smaller than him/her. But it gets along well with fish that are larger or same size as it.

If the jag gets a fin up on the armatus, it will probably kill it. If by some chance they approach large size, the armatus would see a large cichlid as a natural prey item.

That's not to say that it won't or can't work, just be aware.
