Armatus eating smelt

I am so thrilled that my armatus are off live in 2 weeks of me having them. I picked up 2 armatus from rich about 2 weeks ago feed them feeders for the first 2 days and starved them till today first time for me to throw smelt in the tank and they automatically went for it!!! I was so worried that they wouldn't get off live but with a little starving I guess they will come around.

When I'm free from school I'll try to get a feeding video going...

Thats is awesome, I have been trying for a week to get my guy on smelt. He keeps mouthing it, but wont take that bite.

i never put the smelt infront of a powerhead or the outlet of the filter just simply dropped the cut pieces of smelt in. mabe putting them in a small tank helps also cause i have the 2 in a 50gal

plan on experimenting more and picking more armatus up from rich and seeing if i can duplicate my results. in fact i found that it was easier to get armatus off live than datnoids ive been trying for 6months to get my dats off live and its not happening.
