Armatus eye problem

My army got in a fight with my tiger about a week ago, didn't look too bad just a small hole. I've been keeping them separate and treating with salt. Now his eye is much worse, any ideas on how to treat?

It looks like a damage from the fight.
I would change water very often for perfect water quallity an add something to desinfect it.

His eyes is getting worse, I'm putting him in a quarantine tank buy what meds do I treat with?

Just give him frequent water changes. Both of my armatus have had that as they sometimes poke each other's eyes when they eat. It will take a couple weeks but it will heal up again

I've been doing that and its getting worse, I don't want to use meds but I'm worried if it is a infection it might spread.

My armatus had a damaged eye from shipping. Just use salt and maintain good water quality and he'll heal in time. These fish are extremely resilient. Worst case scenario he will have a slightly damaged eye, but shouldnt effect his long term health in an aquarium setting.

OK seems that's the general idea clean water, I'll keep clean water and monitor him.

I usually use a little melafix or diluted tea tree oil. Very diluted. Along with the salt and frequent H2O changes.

I've got the same problem at the moment with a wolf fish, have him in a med tank, doing daily water changes with salt, melafix, and temp at 86*, will let you know how that progresses. Mine got it on both eyes.
