Armatus or African tiger fish more skittish?

Just curious, I dont think a thread has been made about this subject and would like to see the two compared. In your opinion/experience, are Armatus or Atf more skittish?

IME atf are far more skittish. My Armatus was actually pretty outgoing, similar to a large CA/SA cichlid. Pretty bold, would sometimes attack the siphon. Eventually had to part ways with him as he was stressing my curupira out.

Payaras ime tend to become chill quite quickly. Atf on the other hand are massively spazzy until about 12"

My goliath is over 3 ft and still has its moments of spazzing out! Makes a hot mess too tossing water all over the place. The trick is to create an environment where u keep that down to a min. Sudden movements and shadows from above are what does for mine to get jumpy. I find approaching the tank from a viewable angle so he sees me before I peek over the top and spook him.
