Armatus shoal?

I have learned that armatus are supposedly best kept in groups. Is this 100% true? Or can they be kept just as easily by themselves?

If it is true, how many is the best number for a group? 3 or so?

Gotta admit that I wasn't aware of this .I have seen groups of them in tanks in different pictures around the forum and I'm guessing it would take a gargantuan tank in order for it go peacefully for very long.

i've kept them singly and in a trio and id say they were much happier together. but i guess peoples experiences maybe different to mine.

Yeah I've kept a red tail tat group before but an armatus shoal is a different story.....Badass for sure.
