24K Kelberi got bit by my armatus. I posted a new thread in the cichla forum. These guys are dangerous.. I'm contemplating getting rid of my last one.

Any input on how to heal his eye would be appreciated.

how bad is it damage? if it doesn't improve in 3 days then it has been permanently damaged. My orinos would beat up my kelberi from time to time but the eyes healed up fine. dibs!

Mardel Maracyn Plus (liquid) is the best medicine to heal eye damage in my opinion. Get a 10 or 20 gal quarantine tank if you can. Good luck, Chung!
