Armatus with pbass and knifefish? will it work?

Hey everyone, my lfs recently got some armatus in stock, not sure what kind I will take a pic next time for id. I currently have a knifefish 17"+ and a pbass still in the growout tank but will be joining the main tank soon, im also upgrading to at least a 200gal by june, mid july at latest. The armatus range from 6" to 9", would one of these work with the fish I have? Or is this a bad idea? Thoughts and comments are welcome.

LOL.... didn't work out to well for me. He ate 3 more just like that one. I got rid of the last of 5 bass this week. Armatus kept him in the corner the whole time. RCK did fine w my Armatus. Armatus over 10in do better w same size or larger tank mates IMO -but no gaurantees.

Well at this point my pbass is about 6", still in the growout tank out of paranoia that the rck might try and eat him and choke to death. If I pick up the armatus I would get the smallest one my lfs has.
