Anyone who's read the tank waiting thread please ignore me but as that is done and up and running I feel no need to update it. I do feel I need to update the aros progress as it's had a poor upbringing since I bought it. With out boring everyone to death the delays can be read in the original thread:

So Arnie the aro spent to long in a tiny 33 that was supposed to grow him out until the tank arrived, 6 months later Arnie went into the big tank and found himself like a pig in S**T the following is the growth he's put on since the following

Lookin'good:thumbsup: No tankmates?

Thanks Brian, there is a pleco in there that lives under the wood and in the leaves, at some point the giant gourmai will be going in, that should be fun!

Brian,

Out of curiosity what would you recommend as a tank mate/s. I'm thinking of maybe a Dat?

Never had dats, but seen a few people who have. The arowana will do well with most anything, just have to research a little on specific fish. Flagtails make for nice tankmates and so would some geophagus (earth eater) cichlids.
