Aro Breeding Facilities

now that is what i call a operation:WHOA: i was thinking aro farm some big tanks and a couple of ponds.thats deffenitly monster do they have estament on how many aro are housed there?:headbang2

I don't have the latest figures but according to some sources in 2004 there was 96 ponds with a total broodstock of some 5000+ fishes. Apparently they produce in excess of 12000 fries a year.
 
could the black nets also be used for covering the ponds against birds? or do they not that problem there?

Yes the nets are dual purpose. I agree it was a privileged visit.

Hehehe..yeah bro..I told them I could live there, have a picnic & even camp. The farm is very reluctant to let visitors in though.

Depends. Sometimes "controlled" visitation can be a good thing especially for the PR machine. Anyway I am honored to be able to visit. It's a cool place to be.
