Looking at tank size:
3m x 1.2m width x 70 to 80cm high.

2500 to 2800 litres.

i am thinking of doing an aro comm.

total 11 arowanas. breakdown as follows

1 red
1 crossbck
4 highback rtg
2 black aro
2 silver aro
1 green

Dont worry bout filtration, its always over kill my set ups.
its more the species in there, tank dimensions.

water changes are also auto changers.

wanted a full spectrum of species

mids, maybe 1x dat, 1x ck, 1x gg, 3 to 4x parrot cichlids.

bottom dwellers, just my current royal plecos.

Not sure there is anything you can really do to minimize fighting. Just have to find the right individual aro and rehome any trouble makers. You growing all these guys out or mixing as adults?

there is a chance tht would be mixing in different age
would take them all out, re arrange tank, and re introduce all together though each time i intro a new batch.
then maybe a big water change, some say that helps too 'reset' their territories. who nkows, try everything that could work lol why not.

chance i would get all small, but the red, would most likely be the oldest, biggest and fattest one as i already have him.

I've been lucky with my community. Put the two silvers together at 21 & 18" in a 180. Then moved them at 26" into a 450g with a 19" black with no issues. Added a 15" black to the mix with the silvers at 27-28 and the black at 25" no issues since. Now two 30" silvers 28 &27" blacks all get along fine. Even recently had a 13 silver in the tank temporarily with them for a week with no issues.
