Aro Compatability?

Alright, I'm gonna give this cichlid to Edwin:

However, he has an 8 inch silver aro in a 130G. Will it work out? Should I ask for the aro's temperment? Not all aros are the same, and I've never had one, and I never plan to. However, is it in the best interest of my fish not to give him away?

Auratus are a ***** of a cichlid. I don't think the combo is a good one. I would guess the cichlid is gonna slowly tear into the aro and eventually kill him. But you never know with fish. I personally wouldnt chance it. $0.02

Yeah, I kinda figured that out. I was worried that the aro would destroy the auratus when it grew up, but I guess that you're more worried about it. Dropped him off at Edwin's house today. Nice guy, knows what he's doing.
