When the arowana was bought it was very strong and healthy and when he was moved to into his new tank he died in 30 minutes

Before he died he flew around the tank rapidly stayed at the bottom lifeless and then just died

same thing also happened when putting a new fish in also.

Yes, I agree. Unfortunately, based upon the description of events, given two healthy fish died after each was placed in the water, it sounds as if something in the water killed the fish.

How very sad:(

Do check with anyone that’s been around the tank. My little sister lost a Goldie because our other sister topped her tank off with a bucket of water that had soap in it:(

I’d suggest breaking it down, clean everything (with vinegar or bleach) rinse really well, and recycle the tank before getting any new fish again.

i agree, but really? bleach? you'd have to really clean the tank after that!

Tbh bleach would be good just in case of bacterial outbreak. Just rinse very well and allow aquarium to dry out completely. Include the Ornaments and filters I wouldn't re-use the substrate.

Like tlindsey tlindsey said it would be Incase a bad bacteria is making the fish sick. I think it sounds more like a chemical of some kind in the water, but just to be safe I’d start all over with clean equipment.

So sorry for your losses.
