how do i get an arowana to eat if he started rejecting beef hear t and blood worms...he bites at live fish but spits them out again. what can i do to get him to eat

how big is it, and has anything in the tank changed?

I've had picky arowanas, and I tie a peice of shrimp (loosely) to a fishing line, wiggle it around and go "fishing" for arowanas. It's worked so far:)

also, If you just got the fish, be patient. Fish can go a real long time without eating. So, it would not be uncommon for several days to pass before he decides to eat.

Might have gotten hurt from jumping, fights or trying to swallow oversized food. Mine did that from time to time after accidents. As long as it is active and isn't showing signs of illness, it should be fine. Fish can go without food for a while. It'll eat again when it feels comfortable.
