Aro rubbing

arowana keeps rubbing on side of tank and has created little blister looking things on scale (around the head and top of the head area, well close to the neck section)

Any idea?

Check water perameters, do water change if you have'nt allready. Does salt sound like a good idea guys? I am thinking one tablespoon to every five gallons. Also, what size tank are we talking? How big is your arowana? Can you post some pictures?

i cant find the camera now, but the tank is 125, aro is about 15"

i changed water, and all readings are good, temp is at 82

Added Parasite clear from jungle, didnt really help.

huh on the top of its head? did it lose a scale and fungus is growing on it? get a pic asap.

did you fully treat the tank for the fungus the fist time? making sure it was all gone?

no fungus type looking stuff on the scale

the scale is having a bubble looking thingy from the rubbing

Water change 35% and add salt one heaping tablespoon per 5 gallons of water, and increase temp to 85-86 F.

I have tried fungus clear and parasite clear, no improvement.

I just did another water change, added salt.

Do you guys recommend any other medication? the scale irritation is getting bigger...

Fish eats well still.

all other fish has no sign of any thing.
