if someone can help me i came home to one of my aros that have hopped out knocking the hood open...i can tell he had been there for hours the floor way dry and he was sticky...as a sign of faith as i touched him he jumped a little so i threw him back in my tank minutes later he started swimming again but very weakly and i noticed that he was very flakey i was woundering if there is anything i can do about the slime coating? thanks

up the temp, and treat with salt. This time, do 3 pounds of salt per 100 gallons of water. If i remember right, you said you have a 100 gallon tank, so 3lbs of salt will be needed. Remember, mix it in a container, DO NOT add the salt directly or it will burn your aro as it dissolves. Melafix and pimafix also work from what i heard, but I believe its best to stay natural. Ive used salt on this before and it works perfectly fine.
