Yes seperate until Arowana hopefully gets better. Continue instructions for the med after treatment keep water in pristine condition.

I’d keep the nitrate and wait it out. Reduce stress. How big is the fish and tank? Is this a new fish?

We adopted it 2 months ago. Probbaly around 16 inches. And a 70 gallon tank
