Aro tail low

The last 4-6 weeks, my silver 17" aro has been practicing speeding up, turning, stopping, more or less like a teenager discovering what he can push his skills to. However, is puts his tail down lower than the rest of him like a rudder to slow down. Now he uses this technique a lot in his daily activities. Is this any indication of a problem or is it a normal style? (He's my first aro)

mine also do same thing from time 2 time... guess its normal.
sometimes mine dance too... heeheehee... it looks cute when he do that~
