Aro vs carfish

I woke up this moring to see that my arro and my catfish had a fight or something , cuz i see one of the aro s scales stuck in the catfish s spine and the aro s scales on his head is all fu=ck up. You guys think it ll heal? it looks sorta like dropsy or something. I dont know what happen, but the aro got owned . Should i just remove the damm catfish ?

i added melafix and added some salt, what else should i do?

remove the catfish! the scales should heal on it's own in time. you shouldn't risk another fight the red is worth to much to risk over a regular syno cat.

and i don't think you need melafix or any other meds as of now
just keep the water clean, add some salt to calm your fish and bump up th temp by a few degrees

I would go ahead and double up on your water changes and dose with melafix. The remaining scales look raised and may be dislodged. The pristine water and melafix will help guard against any infections.
