Aros fins?

I picked up a jar about a month ago that had the hell beatin out of it both pectoral fins are growing back but the one im wondering about is his lower anel fin it is really tetherd was wondering if it will grow back fully or stay the same as it is going to stay all deformed

Will regrow assuming clean pristine Water with healthy diet and NO aggression from tank mates.

the water has always been good and clean may not look it at times (lol lazy arsh with cleaning the glass) i was just wondering because this fish was kinda a rescue. he is almost 18" but the people that had him before me had him with fish that bet the snot out of him kinda funny he got the last laf and eat all the guys fish but his fins are pretty bad one pectorle fin was broken and is deformed but the webbing is growing back and his dorsal fin is almost fully formed it is just his long lower fin that is growing realy slowly and had me wondering he is on frozen fish and off live so i know his food is good and healthy. i got him in a 150 breeder ( 72lx24wx20h) with a bunch of drift wood and bio media. his only tank mates are a 18" ornate burcher and a 10" indo dat so with only 3 fish the bio load isent to high in the tank
