There will eventually be a size difference rsulting in the jardini trying to eat the cichlids, so probably not. I'm sure it has been done befroe with some success though.
agreed austrialian jardini are very interesting and pick and choose thier tank mates. there is no defined tank mates. but would most likely work is something that doesn't live at the top and can't be smaller than the jardinifickle;2906822; said:trial an error for tank mates
