So I know arowanas usually kinda hover just under the surface 90% of their day. But mine has been hanging out in deeper water. And I know its an issue if he's all the way at the bottom. Does anyone else's arowana do this? Or is there an issue i should be trying to fix before its too late?
Nitrates- less than 5ppm
Nitrites- .25ppm
Ammonia- .25ppm
Kept around 83°f
Tankmates- 2 baby pbass (zero aggression whatsoever)
P.s- the pbass have actually been hanging out at the top of the water just looking up for most of the day and they typically hang out towards the bottom and swim around

Along with what The Morning just said.

You need to act now to get rid of the ammonia and nitrate as they are very harmful to both your arowana AND bass. Do daily water changes 40-50% and dose with Seachem Prime and/aquarium salt.

Ok. I was thinking maybe it was a big fish and caused a mini cycle. I would go with the above advice. You need to get the ammonia and nitrites to zero.

Little Arowana is stressed they are very fragile at that size. Please take the advice from the other members asap.
