Arowana and african pike as tank mates

jardinaii are to mean silver might be ok but you need to get them in groups of 3 or more and need to be small size when you grow them out. african pike is fien with most fish as long as it larger. but i honestly wouldnt mix a siliver or a jar together because your tank a lil to small. let me know if you even decide to get them i have a good and cheap vendor you might be able to talk to.

I have kept my Odoe with Silver arowanas. I think the combo works best when the aro is larger. My odoe always shadowed my last aro (prior to his suicide) and he's now shadowing the smaller one I've moved into his tank. The odoe is definitely a bully, but he respects the larger fish. I used to have 2 odoe, but the bigger one just destroyed the smaller one.

It's a nice combo, and it seems to have a calming effect on my little Pike. He seems much less skittish with a large fish to swim with. I've never kept a Jar, so I can't speak to that combo, but silvers work great (as long as they're bigger than the Odoe that is)

15" silver , 9-10" odoe

Should be fine. My last aro was really thick and menacing looking. This new one is still kinda skinny so I was worried he would get bullied. Thankfully I was wrong, and the two of them get along great.

The silver is going to grow like a weed anyway.
