Arowana and African pike combo?

I had my Silver with 2 H. Odoes. The smaller of the two was chomped pretty bad within the first week, and then bullied severely by the larger Odoe after that.
I moved the damaged fish into another tank, and now my 8" Odoe has learned to co-exist with my 18" Silver Aro. The Odoe does have a place to hide where the Silver can't reach, and I think that an important factor in their relationship given the size difference.
