Arowana and clown knife?

I’m not sure what’s going on in my tank but I’m pretty sure somethings getting funky. Breeding tubes are appearing. (I think)
Arowana has this curve I’ve never noticed and there’s a little tube happening in it. Could be booty, could be lady flower. Anybody know? We’re fairly certain the clown knife has a breeding tube happening, but if anybody could confirm or deny that would be helpful. (I tried with the pictures but they’re not exactly what I would consider cooperative)

Do you have another arowana or clown knife in there with them? Also I've read that lights can create an artificial "breeding season"

There’s another tiny knife in there somewhere, I THINK. Big clown knife might have gotten hungry. Lights are barely ever on. There’s a room light over their tank that illuminates it enough for me, don’t really need a direct tank light. Plus I don’t even have good lights for that tank yet. I’m just kinda trying to gender them right now
 
I could see the knife dropping a tube but I'm curious about the arowana. One would assume it's just the "cigar cutter" end
 
how big is your knife? do you have a full pic? nothing to really add to the above, I just really dig knife fish.
