Arowana and ornatipinnis

When i get my ornatipinnis next week un thuesday, he will be the only fish in the tank...I´ll get the plants in ten days and i´m thinking about, what fish i could also add to the tank? Would silver arowana be a good idea? So if yes, one or a pair?

Silver aro will go great with the poly in a 300 plus gallon tank


BTW when considering arowana, tank size DOES matter Maybe do a little research first. If you want to find info regarding arowana, try the arowana forum.

I have an 18" Black Aro with a 14" Ornate, they get on fine no problems.
My CA Cichlids dont bother him either.
The Ornate keeps to himself.

You did not understand me. What i was trying to say was, that tank size does not matter for me, since i can offer the fish any tank size they need.

I bought mine 1.5" in size 12 months ago I had to rear him seperate but he has grown super fast I hope you find one.
