hi, my Arowana back looks deformed, i try to figure out why, it seems that he had jumped couple of time this week, today i did 70% water change, he seems fine with it plus he ate a frog happily after the water change, i also noticed that he's rubbing his face like he's hungry even though i just fed him, pls help me with his back problem, hes around 13" inches

A photo would be interesting.
But in reality theres probably not much you can do or any one else could do to correct a broken back in a aro.
But it appears to be surviving the injury just fine so far.

Yes a pic would be interesting is it a silver or an asian, black
What is he because silver aro's are a little bit prone to back problems. You could try to increase the flow if it is dislocated it might pop back in but if it is broken then it might hurt him even more. You should try and increase the flow a bit and see the results if i were you then i would glue some foam to your lid th foam should be around 3/4 to 1 and 1/2 inch thick to prevent further damage to him as well as mabey treating the water a bit just so if his back is broken he will not get an infection and also i would advise you to hold of a bit on live food because he might further injure himself trying to grab it hikari makes a food called " hikari ciclid gold " might be better for him at this time . Good luck

Broken/disclocated won't be fixed. Make sure the tank is big enough and put some floating plants and dim your lighting to deter it from jumping.
