Arowana breeding?

So there is a guy on Aquaria Central claiming that his pair of preband super red arowana's bred. Has anyone bred them besides asian fish farms? My second question is, What are prebands? I'm not calling BS, I'm just wondering if it has ever been done. Here is the link:

with that guy usename, I think he's in Singapore! and i think there are some people lucky to get their arowana spawn in their huge tank!
