Hey people. for any of you that dont know, i had a disasterous week last week. first my p.bass took out my jar, witch caused huge upset with my black n lead to him nearly killing my silver, so i moved the silver in with my smaller silver all was ok for three days, then came home from work yto find dead silver. What a crap week n too many tears...
So now for a little rethink. my new 6'x2'x2' arrives in a week. so i was thinking, no p.bass, get another two 5" silvers or one and a jar? to go with the one 5" silver i have and the 8"black, then at begining of next month i have a 8" green to collect and at the end of the month a 8" rtg. first week of sept i aim to complete the build of my 6'x3'x4'.
i am only reconsidering a jar as i prity much raised my friends and pellet trained it. it has now been offered to me for a very good price.

opinions and input please people.

thats my first thought, but my second was that i dont wana lose this other jar, and i will have a spare tank if all goes the wrong way with it in the com, if had to remove him in a few months then i could get a silver or even another Asian to replace him in the com... Then at least i gave it my best with a jar....

Well you seem pretty keen on keeping the jar so I'd say just go for it if you have a spare tank on hand.... I'd keep a VERY close eye on it though and seperate as soon as you see agression... things can happen fast sometimes, but hopefully your blackd size will grant him/her dominance and the silvers should grow faster then your jar... I'd try and start everyone a little larger then the jar though... best of luck either way. Can't wait to see pics!

the oonly fish of equal size when they would be added would be the jar and silver... everything else's at least 2" larger... and i figure in two weeks the silvers would have grown bigger too... hrmm i am till debating in my own head... will as ever keep you all updated as and when stuff happens!
