Hi,
Kwazy convinced me to get one of those silver arowana for my big angel tank.
the tank is 6X2X2 feet. He told me the arowana will outgrow the tank but it can live with his in this really awesome pond thing he's building for his archer fish as long as our arowanas don't fight.

So any way, I have a breeding pair of convict cichlids in the tank that are so mean, I had to put my angels in a different tank. I'm worried they'll kill the 12" arowana I ordered online. I'm moving them to my cichlids to my 35 gallon tank, but will the arowana be able to eat the 2 week old fry? I want to get rid of them and I can't catch all of them in the net.

Thanks.

Finally lol

My aro wouldn't, but I bet a bigger one would eat the babies. Personally, I'd just net them as they get bigger and do something with them.

Yeah, but I don't want to.

you don't want to. thats helpful. give em to the lfs as feeder guppies lol

What happend to the discus in that tank?

The discus are reat. they're with the angels.

I'll just move the fry with the parents (if I can net them) and see what happens. thanks.

What does reat mean?

I'll help you catch the babies when I come to help with the aro on tues. Good luck!
